Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cut cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze out fluid.
    Mix cabbage, celery and green pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
    Boil 1 minute and cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and freeze.
    Yield depends on size of cabbage. Slaw is crisp and fresh when defrosted.
