Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 bag frozen corn
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. sliced cleaned carrots
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 qt. home-canned tomatoes or 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and drain.
    Spray 3-quart casserole with Pam.
    Layer vegetables, except tomatoes, and meat, seasoning each layer.
    Pour tomatoes over all.
    Cover and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
    Serves 6.
