Sausage In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. Polish or smoked sausage
2 bottles chili sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
2 small onions, chopped
5 allspice (whole)
2 bay leaves
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. red wine
Preparation

Cut sausage in small pieces.
Boil in water 20 minutes.
Pour out water.
Put sausage in glass baking pan.
Add everything except brown sugar and wine.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Add wine and brown sugar and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
