Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    4 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients in double boiler until thickened; let stand until very cold.
    Fold egg whites into cooled pineapple mixture.
    Do not beat.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Yields one 9-inch pie.
