Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine and cook on medium for 20 minutes until tender. Gradually add 3 cups milk to 4 tablespoons flour.
Add mixture to vegetables and cook until thick.
Add 1
pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes.
Stir until melted.
