Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. egg whites
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients together until stiff.
Add the sugar; beat.
Fold in the cake flour, sugar and baking powder. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
