Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a
    large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar,
    zucchini and vanilla; mix well.
    In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, stirring to mix completely.
    Fold
    in
    nuts.
    Pour
    into 3 greased and floured loaf
    pans.
    Bake
    at
    325\u00b0
    until done, about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Cool completely on wire racks.
