Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop on parchment paper or greased, foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
