Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, flaked and skin removed
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. liquid egg substitutes
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Spray cookie sheet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Combine salmon, bread crumbs, celery, onion, egg substitutes, parsley, lemon juice, celery seed, pepper and garlic powder in bowl; mix well with fork.
    Shape salmon mixture into 6 oval patties.
    Arrange on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn over with spatula and bake 5 more minutes.
