Pineapple Upside-Down French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. packed well-drained, crushed pineapple (10 oz.)
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 (3/4-inch) slices bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter over moderate heat and stir in sugar and pineapple, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Whisk eggs, milk and salt.
