Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    eggs
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    little water
    garlic powder (optional)
    minced onions (optional)
Preparation
    Take large skillet and spray with cooking spray.
    Spread potatoes in skillet evenly.
    Crumble meat on top.
    Season to taste. Add water.
    Cover.
    Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Drain.
    Crack eggs on top of meat, as many as needed to serve. Re-cover.
    Shred cheese.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    When egg tops are white, re-cover and cook until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and serve.
    Serves 5 to 6.
