Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat from roasting pan
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    giblets, cooked and chopped
Preparation
    Add flour and seasoning to fat.
    Add liquids and giblets; cook for at least 10 minutes.
