Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. melted oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie pan.
Beat all ingredients thoroughly.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
Caution:
Do not overcook.
