Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes strawberry Jell-O (small)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
    1 large c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 bananas, sliced
    2 c. sour cream, divided in 2 parts
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Add strawberries; stir until thawed.
    Add pineapple and
    bananas.
    Pour
    half of mixture in dish and chill until set.
    When
    firm, spread 1 cup sour cream over top.
    Add other half
    of Jell-O mixture; chill until set. Spread remaining cup of
    sour
    cream
    over
    and
    sprinkle with nuts.
    Chill until served.
