Orange Blossom Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 breasts of chicken (skinless, boneless)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice or apple juice or combine both
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. parsley
    sprinkle of pepper
    dash of ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and pat dry breasts; place in casserole dish.
    Pour juice(s) over breasts (can allow to marinate in refrigerator if desired).
    Sprinkle herbs, seasonings and onions over top.
    Cover with lid and bake until done; may remove lid prior to removing from oven to brown a bit.
