Lilly'S Turkey Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 oz. finely chopped turkey
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh chives, chopped
    2 tsp. white wine
    1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, onion flavored salt and crushed Italian herb seasoning
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half and hollow each half. Cube remaining portion of zucchini and combine in a bowl with the other ingredients.
    Blend until well mixed. Stuff mixture into hollowed zucchini and place in a heavily buttered baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
