Chicken Breasts Moroccan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lemons
    6 medium-size chicken breasts, boiled, washed and patted dry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    4 large shallots, minced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    fresh coriander or parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel the lemons and cut the lemon rind into julienne strips. Squeeze juice from lemon and reserve.
