Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    all season
    paprika
    2 c. water, divided
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    2 c. cabbage, finely chopped and uncooked
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut outer leaves of cabbage and drop in large pan of boiling water.
    Boil until leaves are workable; drain and cool.
    Combine beef, onion, bell pepper, celery, rice and cabbage together.
    Add 1 can tomato sauce, which has been mixed with 1 cup of water; use seasonings to taste.
    Mix well.
    Roll into cabbage leaves and tuck ends in.
    Hold together with toothpicks.
    Place rolls into a large pan or roaster.
    Mix other can of tomato sauce and 1 cup water together and pour over rolls.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
