Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Beat 2 minutes or longer.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
