Seven Seas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. water
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mushroom soup in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Drain and flake tuna fish and add it to the soup mix, along with the rice.
    Put in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese and dash of paprika.
    Bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
