Carrots Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Peel carrots and slice thin.
    Cook carrots, covered, in 1/2-inch of boiling water for 8 minutes, then drain.
    Turn carrots into a 1-quart baking dish.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except almonds.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with almonds.
    Serves 4.
