Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta fudge
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together.
Set aside.
Melt Velveeta cheese and butter in double boiler and mix well.
Then add sugar and cocoa mixture, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pat into a buttered brownie pan.
Makes 5 pounds.
This fudge freezes well and tastes great.
