Easter Bunny Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix raisins and pecans with 2 tablespoons flour mixture in small bowl.
    Blend sugar and oil in large bowl.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Add flour mixture and carrots; mix well.
    Stir in raisin mixture.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool in pan on rack.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
