Basic Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (1 lb.) low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender; blend until creamy.
(You can adjust consistency by adjusting milk used.)
Yields 2 cups. Approximate calories:
1 cup equals 190 calories; 1 tablespoon equals 10 calories.
Will keep up to 2 weeks.
