Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Sift flour and sugar and set aside.
Bring oleo, cocoa and water to a boil; pour over flour mixture while still hot.
Mix well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pour into 11 x 18 x 1-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes until springs back at 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom of pan.
