Mary'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut up
    1/2 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    3 eggs
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    soy sauce (to taste)
    ham and peas (optional)
Preparation
    Fry bacon and set aside. Save bacon grease. Scramble eggs with salt, pepper, small amount of milk (enough to make fluffy) in small amount of grease.
    Dice and saute onion and bell pepper in bacon grease.
    Add rice to onion, bell pepper and bacon grease. Heat and stir with grease absorbed by rice. Add water, salt and soy sauce. Cook until water is absorbed.
    Add bacon and scrambled eggs to rice.
    Mix in and ready to eat.
