Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    onions and mushroom pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Combine salt, pepper and flour.
    Coat beef in flour mixture. Brown beef in oil until well browned on all sides.
    Add onions, mushroom pieces, paprika and beef broth.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Shortly before serving, add sour cream to meat mixture and cook over low heat until heated through; stir constantly.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
