Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. green onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 large can mushrooms
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned bread cubes
Preparation
-
Cook chicken breasts until tender.
Remove meat from bones and cube.
Add rest of ingredients and heat in oven until warm, not hot.
