Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick; gradually add sugar and blend well. Add oil and beat.
    Add dry ingredients, carrots and nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
