Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
30 Ritz crackers, crumbled
butter
Preparation
-
Mix the first 5 ingredients plus 15 crackers.
Place in a casserole dish.
Mix remaining crackers and butter; pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Very good served with ham.
