Sopa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. fresh tortillas
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3 to 4 cans boned chicken or 1 whole canned chicken
1 can chopped green chili peppers (mild)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Monterey Jack cheese
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
water from rinsed soup cans
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo and add chilies and onions until tender.
Add chicken, soup and chestnuts.
Tear tortillas in fourths and arrange part on greased casserole.
Top each layer with chicken and cheese. Make 2 layers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
