Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top round steak, sliced into thin strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 bell peppers, sliced
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter and season.
    Saute onion and peppers. Mix soy sauce and flour until all the lumps have dissolved.
    Pour soy sauce mixture in with meat and vegetables and stir well!
    (You may need to add water.) Cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
