Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat 1 minute after each egg is added.
    Pour in 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes until brown and set.
