Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter with 2/3 cup sugar.
    Add flour mixture with milk, stirring just enough to blend.
    Add 3 tablespoons cocoa, vanilla and nuts.
    Turn into 8-inch square pan.
    Combine remaining dry ingredients.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour boiling water over batter; do not stir.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Pudding will separate into cake and sauce.
    Cool slightly in pan.
    Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
    Makes 9 servings.
