Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 - 20 Dried Lady Fingers (Toasted if necessary)
    3 large eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Espresso or strong coffee
    2 Tbsp. Brandy
    8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
    1/8 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Prepare mascarpone mixture by combine 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. espresso or coffee, 2 Tbsp. brandy into a large mixing bowl.
    Beat with rotary beater or mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add mascarpone and continue to beat for another 3 to 5 minutes, until consistency is smooth.
    Set aside.
