Basic Finger Paint - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. soap flakes (ex. Ivory)
water

Preparation

Put soap flakes in medium sized bowl.
Gradually add water. Beat with rotary or electric beater to a soft, smooth consistency that holds a peak.
Color if desired.
