Pot Roasted Duck(Modern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 wild ducks
    salt
    chili powder
    2 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon
    bacon grease
Preparation
    Chop onions and green pepper.
    Stuff cavities with onions and peppers.
    Season duck with salt and chili powder.
    Wrap bacon around ducks.
    Heat grease in a heavy pot; add ducks.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours.
    Add small amounts of water to prevent burning during cooking.
