Grandma Elliott'S Butterscotch And Coconut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. nuts
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda and salt; cream oleo and sugars.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts; mix well.
    Then chill a few hours.
    Drop by teaspoon into coconut. Form into balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Top with a cherry.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
