Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw chopped potatoes
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    4 to 8 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 qt. milk
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    In large pan, place potatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots and onion in 2 quarts water.
    Cook for about 20 minutes; do not drain. Add to the cooked vegetables the flour, milk and Cheez Whiz. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    This will make about 1 gallon of soup.
