Cheese Cake With Apricot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. soft butter
    11 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling apricot nectar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
    Mix well.
    Press into bottom and sides of 8-inch pie plate.
    Using an electric mixer, blend cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla well.
    Pour into graham cracker shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread evenly over completely cooled cheese filling.
    Bake 8 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Top should not brown.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Chill.
    Blend cornstarch and sugar; add hot nectar.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
    Add lemon juice and butter.
    Cool.
    When ready to serve, pour over individual servings of cheese cake.
