Sweet And Sour Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (15 or 16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
2 c. cooked diced carrots
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper or small jar pimento, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can condensed tomato soup
Preparation

Mix altogether.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to heat or serve cold.
Best if prepared 24 hours in advance.
