Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Pare eggplant and slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Beat eggs with milk. Dip the eggplant in milk, then
    in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in Crisco and oleo, (half and half)
    until nicely browned.
    Do not fry too fast.
