"Easy Roast" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast (any size)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash roast
    and
    place in large boiler; fill to the top with water.
    Add salt, pepper and onion soup.
    Turn your stove on low heat and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
    Fifteen minutes before you are ready
    to
    serve,
    add
    mushroom
    soup and one can of water; mix well and let simmer.
    Serve hot.
