Pecan Praline Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 to 3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Add vanilla to egg white;
    then sugar and pecans dusted in flour
    to
    the egg white.
    Mix well until pecans are coated with sugar
    and\tegg
    white
    mixture.
    Drop
    to\tspoonfuls on well-greased
    cookie
    sheet.
    Drop far apart so cookies do not stick to
    each
    other
    when baking.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
