Mashed Potatoes With Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. hot skim milk
    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a saucepan.
    Add water to cover and bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until very tender; drain.
