Ham And Fresh Vegetable Medley(30 Minute Skillet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fully cooked boneless ham slice
2 large tomatoes
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
1 medium onion
1 medium yellow straight neck squash
2 medium zucchini (about 1 lb.)
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 envelope chicken flavor bouillon
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

With sharp knife, cut boneless ham into 1/4-inch thick strips, about 3-inches long.
Cut each tomato into 8 wedges.
Cut green and red peppers into 1/2-inch wide strips.
Cut onion, yellow squash and zucchini into 1/4-inch wide slices.
