Tortilla Chip Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced, cooked chicken
    2 lbs. tomatoes, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 qt. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. hand crushed tortilla chips
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put first 8 ingredients in large pot and simmer for 30 minutes minimum.
    Place crushed chips in bowls, add soup and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Other garnishes:
    sour cream, avocado slices
