Autumn Caramel Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham crackers
    1/4 c. walnuts
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 large Granny Smith apples
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Saute apples for 5 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese.
    Add nutmeg and sugar; stir well.
    Then add eggs and everything else.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is firm.
    Chill for 4 hours. Serve with hot caramel topping.
