Mock Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. (8 oz.) plain, nonfat yogurt
    1 (.8 oz.) pkg. cook-and-serve sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 pastry shell (9-inch), baked
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine milk and yogurt. Add the pudding mix; cook and stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in allspice. Add raisins; mix well. Let cool for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into pastry shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
