Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix dough.
    Knead slightly and roll to about 1/2 inch thick. Keep sausage at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Break into small pieces and cover dough.
    Roll side to center and then other side and roll until they meet in the middle.
    Cut down center with sharp knife.
    Separate and fasten ends to make 2 rolls. Refrigerate until chilled.
    Put on cutting board and cut in 1/2-inch slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Makes 48 pieces.
